Spirally Welded Steel Tubes

Spirally welded steel tubes are characterized by a welding seam that follows a spiral pattern across the tube. The process involves unrolling a coil and shaping it into a spiral to create the tube, followed by continuous spiral welding until the coil is completely unwound. This production method is particularly well-suited for larger projects involving extensive quantities, long tubes, and relatively thin wall thicknesses.

Spirally welded tubes are highly suitable for diverse constructions such as combined walls, (outrigger) pipes, mooring posts/fenders, and guideways.
